JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-02-2015 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 02.12.2014 passed in Cr. Revision No. 823 of 2014 to the extent that in place of father the mother of the petitioner should be one of the bailors as father of the petitioner has divorced his mother and the juvenile in conflict with law is residing with his mother. The order dated 02.12.2014 is modified to the extent that mother of the petitioner will be one of the bailors who will protect her son and provide adequate security and guidance.

Accordingly the modification application is disposed off.
