JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-11-2023 The present writ has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For issuance of writ of Mandamus commanding upon the respondents to grant pay scale of the petitioners at par with employees who are most junior to the petitioners in the light of judgment passed in the matter of Ram Janam Jha Versus The State of Bihar & Others, arising out of C.W.J.C. No. 12124 of 2011, which was affirmed in L.P.A. No. 206 of 2014 (State Versus Ram Janam Jha) and in the matter of Lachhaman Kumar and Others V/S The State of Bihar & Others vide C.W.J.C. No. 9633/2016 with analogous cases.

(ii). For issuance of writ of mandamus commanding upon the respondents to give monetary benefits which arises after grant of payscale to the petitioners (Rs. 4000-6000) at par with

Patna High Court CWJC No.7155 of 2023(2) dt.28-11-2023 3/3 the junior to the petitioners from the date from which juniors are getting better scale than the petitioners and also for consequential benefits who were appointed on compassionate grounds and they were put in a lower scale treating as L.D.C (Correspondence Clerk).

(iii). To provide the scale of Rs. 4000-6000/- in place of Rs. 3050-4590/- from the date of joining. (iv). To provide the A.C.P from the date of entitlement."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
