The petitioner is languishing in jail since 21.02.2017 in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case as lodged by the informant is that while he was returning on his motorcycle, four miscreants tried to snatch his motorcycle while one person was caught by the villagers and from his possession, one mobile was seized. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he is innocent and the motorcycle on which he was seated belongs to his father and he has annexed a certificate of registration of the said vehicle. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26007 of 2017 (2) dt.23-06-2017 2/2 is further submitted that charge sheet has already been bmitted that there is no chance of tempering with the osecution evidence.
However, learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
Considering the facts and circumstance of the case and materials on record , let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each the to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai (Muffasil) P.
