JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 14-09-2021 When the matter is called out, learned counsel for the petitioner informs this Court that the petitioner had applied for bail in learned court below in the light of the observation of the learned Sessions Judge in the impugned order and he has been granted bail.

Learned counsel has further stated that the fact that the petitioner has moved before the hon'ble High Court and the same is pending before this Court was mentioned in the bail petition.

In such circumstances while this Court has no reason to proceed with this matter the application is dismissed as withdrawn but this Court would like to get a report in this regard from the learned Sessions Judge East Champaran, Motihari

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23751 of 2021(2) dt.14-09-2021 2/2 clearly stating the practice in entertaining the bail petition in the learned court below when the regular bail petition is pending before this Court.

Let such report be placed before this Court in a period of three weeks from today.
