JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-12-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.That the present writ petition has been preferred for issuance of writ, writs, order, orders, direction, directions specifically a writ of mandamus directing the respondents State authorities for issuance of monthly pension as sanctioned by the State of Bihar after issuing the resolution dated 05.06.2009 as well as the same has been in the year 2011, whereby and where under the State Government has taken decision to provide pensionary amount of Rs. 5,000/- and Rs. 2500/- by way of monthly pension and Parsansa Patra to the rest of the 1974 J.P. Andolan Sennari participated in the J.P. Andolan.

And further be pleased to amend the pensionary amount vide Goverment Resolution dated 17.07.2015 and the pensionary amount has been

And further be pleased to issue direction to the respondent authorities specially to the Chief Secretary, Bihar and the Principal Secretary, Department of Home, Government of Bihar, Patna as well as the Chairman, Advisory Council functioning in the State of Bihar for the purpose of redressal of the grievances of 1974 J.P. Andolan Senani."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Advisory Council, Bihar, Patna for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed within a period of four weeks from today, necessary orders shall be passed, thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks, thereafter. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
