Patna High Court CWJC No.4202 of 2016(2) dt.09-05-2019 2/2 09-05-2019 Heard learned senior counsel for the petitioners and counsel for the respondents.

Petitioners are employees of district civil court, Hajipur. Their grievance is that they have not been granted benefit of ACP with effect from due date in terms of Annexure 2 i.e. Resolution of the Screening committee dated 10.06.2011. Claim of petitioners has been made by Annexure 3 dated 31.01.2013. However, same has not been disposed off till date and the petitioners have not been given benefit from due date.

In view of limited submission advanced by senior counsel, writ petition is disposed off with direction to District and Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur (respondent no.3) to dispose off Annexure 3 dated 31.01.2013 by reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within the period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
