2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking a direction to the concerned respondents to initiate encroachment proceeding for removal of encroachment.

3. The District Magistrate, Nalanda is directed to look into the representation of the villagers dated 6.1.2024 which has already been submitted before him and the same is annexed with this writ petitioner vide Annexure IV.

4. If the District Magistrate, Nalanda finds any substance in the representation of the villagers then he will act in accordance with law and will take necessary steps in this regard.
