JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 18-07-2023 Heard Mr. Mohammad Sufyan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners; Mr. Rana Vikram Singh, learned counsel along with Mrs. Rasika, learned counsel for the Patliputra University and Mrs. Meera Singh, learned AC to GP23.
2. The petitioners have filed the present writ petition for the following reliefs:
"That this is an application under the writ jurisdiction of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.3089 of 2023 dt.18-07-2023 2/2 Hon'ble Court for issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders and direction to the respondents to pay the entire admitted dues of the petitioners father who died during the course of the service and his admitted due amount has not been paid by the respondents till date which is bad and illegal.
3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners informs this Court that that he will advise the petitioners to approach the Registrar of the University today. The Registrar of the University will ensure to cooperate the petitioners in filling up all the requisite forms and other formalities which are required to be done for payment of retiral dues and also ensure making payment of all the admissible dues payable to the petitioner within two weeks from the date the petitioner produces all the relevant documents and fills up the requisite forms including the details of the legal representatives of the deceased employee.
4. With the above observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
