====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-01-2022 Heard Mr. Pankaj Kumar Sinha, learned Advocate for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with Mufassil P. S. Case No. 334 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 323, 324, 307, 302 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant and his brother (deceased) are said to have been assaulted by Anil Ram and Ranjeet Ram. Though the petitioner has been named in the F.I.R. as being the wife of coaccused Ranjeet Ram, but no specific overt act has been attributed against her.

No.24225 of 2021(2) dt.13-01-2022 2/2 submitted that in an attempt to rope in every family member of Anil Ram and Ranjeet Ram, the petitioner and others have also been made accused in this case. The brother of the informant ultimately died because of the injuries suffered by him as a result of assault by Ranjeet Ram.

Regard being had to the afore-stated facts and taking into account gender of the petitioner, she is directed to be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on her furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-II, Samastipur in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 334 of 2020 , subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr. P.C.

The application stands allowed.
