2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for to command the respondents to restore the possession of the petitioner over part of land measuring 14 Decimals out of 25 Decimals appertaining to Plot No.884/2 of Khata No.187 of Mauza-Rampurwa which was settled with petitioner by State of Bihar in 1988-89 but father of Respondent Nos.7 and 8 illegally and forcefully dispossessed the petitioner in 1993-94.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this

Patna High Court CWJC No.6678 of 2019(5) dt.03-04-2025 2/2 case may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach before the D.C.L.R., Areraj, East Champaran, Motihari for redressal of his grievances.

4. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner, as prayed for.

6. On filing representation before the D.C.L.R., Areraj, East Champaran, Motihari by the petitioner within six weeks, the D.C.L.R., Areraj, East Champaran, Motihari shall dispose of the same expeditiously.
