Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The FIR of the occurrence of murder is against unknown.
Contention of the learned counsel for the informant is that the material against the petitioner is that his mobile location was found near the place of occurrence. Further contention is that the petitioner is brother-in-law of the deceased and the family members of the deceased were financially helping to the wife of the petitioner who is himself a teacher. This was not

Considering the fact that there is no substantial material for refusal of prayer for bail, hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Barauni Police Station Case No. 392 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
