Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The FIR of the occurrence of robbery and murder is against unknown. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Rajdeo Kumar who has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 27.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42766 of 2017 (Annexure-2). Petitioner is in custody since 24.04.2017. Investigation is already complete.

In the aforesaid circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16424 of 2018 (2) dt.22-03-2018 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sessions Trial No. 351 of 2017 arising out of Ara Muffasil Police Station Case No. 57 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
