2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 354, 499, 509(B) IPC and 66(c), 67, 67(A) of I.T Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant, who is said to be posted in B.S.A.P. Bhim Nagar Supaul, alleged that during her preparation for the Bihar Police Examination at Bhagalpur, this petitioner Ajit Kumar, on the pretext of seeing her Aadhar card, took her mobile number and started calling. It

Thereafter, he started blackmailing her by saying that if she would not talk with him, he would send the photographs to her husband. On the same pretext, he abused her and gathered some objectionable photographs and videos of her. She has taken her mobile, changed her email password on Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp, and made her photo viral among her family members. When her husband objected , he was threatened.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from bare perusal of the FIR it is apparent that both are major and were in relation for sometime . When the relationship did not work out, this false and concocted case has been lodged against this petitioner. Informant is lady constable and well educated and major. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
