The Petitioners seek bail in Jamhore P.S. Case No. 24 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and have committed no offence, as alleged. The petitioners are in custody since, 10.03.2017, and have got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Aurangabad
