JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-03-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Sikarhata PS Case No. 88 of 2017 registered under Sections 25(10b)a, 26 and 27 of the Arms Act.
The allegation in brief is that the petitioner was apprehended from the house of one Hare Ram Singh and found in possession of a country made pistol and live cartridge.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since the day of his arrest on 15.12.2017, there is no other case against the petitioner except one case instituted by Hare Ram Singh.
Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Rohit Singh @ Tapali is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Sikarhata PS Case No. 88 of 2017, after framing of the charge by the court below.
