Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khushrupur P.S. Case No. 79 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 337, 379 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. The petitioner was exonerated by the police after completion of investigation, but the Court below has taken cognizance against the petitioner differing with the final form submitted by the police.

Considering the facts, the present anticipatory bail

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna City, District- Patna, in connection with Khushrupur P.S. Case No. 79 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
