The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kumarkhand P.S. Case No. 332 of 2022 dated 22.09.2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the in-laws of victim including the petitioner and others accused persons conspired and killed the victim.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the gotni of the deceased and there is general and omnibus allegation against her. There is no eye witness in this case and on the basis of suspicion petitioner has been implicated in this case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in jail custody since 23.09.2022. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Madhepura in connection with Kumarkhand P.S. Case No. 332 of 2022.
