KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 30(a) and 37(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
It has been submitted that from the possession of the petitioner Nepali wine has been recovered. It is further submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He has falsely been implicated in the present case on the basis of suspicion. No incriminating article has been recovered from his conscious possession. Petitioner is behind the bar since 22.03.2017. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like
