2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pasaraha P.S. Case No. 268 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 409/420 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the loan advanced to the petitioners of Rs. 3,00,000/- who were working in the Cooperative Bank has become N.P.A.

4. It has been submitted by the petitioners that bank also owes money to the petitioners and the N.P.A. can be adjusted from the bills of the petitioners

5. The petitioner is in custody since 27.12.2023.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18254 of 2024(2) dt.02-04-2024 2/2 is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Pasaraha P.S. Case No. 268 of 2023.
