Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399,402,413,414,467,468,471,420 of the IPC.

Some other persons were apprehended on suspicion that they were planning to commit dacoity. In their confession statement name of the petitioner is surfaced. Petitioner is in custody since 02.02.2018. Petitioner has got criminal antecedent.

Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the aforesaid case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation and on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rs. Twenty Thousand) with two sureties
