The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No. 9 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The allegation is regarding recovery of two live cartridges and 14.400 litres of illicit liquor from the petitioner and one other co-accused person, namely, Sushil Kumar from whom one loaded pistol was also recovered.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and he is languishing in custody since 11.01.2019.

Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, 3rd-cumSpecial Judge, Excise, Samastipur in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No. 9 of 2019.
