The parties are in agreement that the petitioner's selection has been kept in abeyance due to pendency of writ petition bearing WP No. 965 of 2021 before the Hon'ble High Court at Bombay.
Since the petitioner's selection pursuant to Part Time Sub-Staff Recruitment 2017 process is pending adjudication in the above noted writ proceedings, the parties are in agreement that this writ petition need not be kept pending as the petitioner's fate would be subject to result of the above noted
