This is a case registered under Section 30 (a) of the Excise Act.

Submission made on behalf of the petitioner is that while he was, on his way, coming from Gopalganj to Siwan in train one bag has been recovered from behind his seat containing some 30 bottles of English Wine. The petitioner has been made an accused as the same is believed to be his by the police. He is in judicial custody since 09.01.2017. The petitioner denies the ownership of the bag which has been recovered from behind his seat.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25182 of 2017 (2) dt.29-05-2017 2/2 bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (Railway) Sonepur Saran in Siwan (Thawe) Rail P.S. Case No. 03 of 2017.
