Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Pirpainty P.S. Case No.333 of 2017, registered under Sections 366, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that the petitioner enticed away 14 years old daughter of the informant, a co villager. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the girl in her statement has said that she eloped with the petitioner, who is a student and charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Dayanand Yadav @ Dayanand Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
