JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 452, 380 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of making assault and snatching of `1,80,000/-.

The impugned order reflects that the grievous injury has been caused. Though, a statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent but the impugned order reflects that the petitioner is involved in one other case also. On this ground alone, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail if he surrenders within a period of six weeks in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2035 of 2015 (2) dt.19-01-2015 2/2 connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 181 of 2014 pending in the court of learned J.M., 1st Class, Jamui.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
