JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Birpur P.S.Case No. 322 of 2016 registered under Section 27(b)(ii) of Narcotic Drugs and substance Act, 1940. The accusation is recovery of Corex Cough Syrup, numbering about 100 bottles, from the possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no recovery was made from the physical possession of the petitioner. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 23.12.2016.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case I deem fit it appropriate to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, let, above named petitioner, be
