Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 385, 387 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case merely on basis of suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 25.10.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on

No.12202 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VI, Danapur, Patna in connection with Bikram P.S.
