The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dhanaha P.S. Case No. 93 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner files a supplementary affidavit stating therein that the work which was allotted to him has been completed and for which the Block Education Officer, Madhubani vide letter no. 335 Madhubani dated 19.09.2015 has issued a certificate endorsing the completion of the work and has also filed photographs to indicate that the work has been completed. Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2434 of 2015 (5) dt.29-09-2015 the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha West Champaran in connection with Dhanaha P.S. Case No. 93 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr. P.C.
