JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-09-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State and learned counsel for the informant.

The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 376, 379 of the I.P.C.

The Petitioner is in custody since 02.08.2019. Allegation against the petitioner is that he ravished to the informant.

On merit, prayer for bail was refused on 20.03.2020 vide order at Annexure-1.

It has been informed that charges have already been framed during trial.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24947 of 2021(5) dt.29-09-2021 2/2 The learned trial Judge is directed to conclude the trial, preferably within nine months.

This order has been passed in presence of learned counsel for the informant, hence there is no reason that the informant would not appear before the trial Judge at the earliest. Accordingly, this petition filed in connection with S.T.R. No. 86 of 2020 arising out of Mahila P.S. Case No. 55 of 2019 stands dismissed.
