The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case filed for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act.

The complaint based allegation would reveal that the dispute arises out of an agreement to sale between the parties.

Considering the nature of dispute, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of
