This is a petition for grant of regular bail in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 24 of 2017 arising out of Kachhawan P.S. Case No. 49 of 2017 for offences under Sections 20 and 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic substances Act.

Allegation, in brief, is that co-accused, Bindu Devi, was apprehended from her shop and from the house of the petitioner five kilogram of ganja was recovered. Submission is that the petitioner was not present at the time of recovery rather Bindu Devi was there and she has been admitted to bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18831 of 2018(2) dt.02-04-2018 2/2 Misc. No. 9570 of 2018 on 08.03.2018.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 24 of 2017 arising out of Kachhawan P.S. Case No. 49 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram.
