=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 30-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction upon the Respondents to revise her family pension as per Finance Department Resolution No. 820 dated 23.9.2009 whereby pension and family pension have been revised with effect from 1.1.2006 payable from 1.4.2007.

Patna High Court CWJC No.1112 of 2015 dt.30-11-2016 2/2 A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Respondent No. 6 wherein it has been stated that the petitioner is getting revised family pension with effect from 1.4.2007. In support of such contention, the statement of account of the petitioner has also been brought on record as Annexure - A to the counter affidavit. After going through the averments made in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the Respondent No. 6, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the light of the averments made in the counter affidavit, the application may be disposed of as the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed. In the light of the submissions made on behalf of the parties, the application is disposed of.
