2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Jalalpur P.S. Case No. 226 of 2024 dated 27.09.2024 registered for the offences punishable u/ss 69, 352, 351(2), 351(3) of the BNS and section 67 of the IT Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have established physical relationship with the informant and made her obscene video. It is further alleged that the petitioner used to threaten the informant of making the said video viral on social media and established physical relationship forcibly and

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the informant has lodged the present case just to make pressure and compromise the case bearing No. 2415 of 2022 which was filed against the informant's mother and her family in the year 2022. The victim is a major girl. The victim in her statement recorded u/s 183 of the BNSS has stated that there is friendship with the petitioner since the year 2021 and the FIR has been lodged in the year 2024. It is further submitted that the victim has not stated the place and date of occurrence in her statement. It is further submitted that the victim has refused to examine medically. The petitioner has one criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 01.10.2024.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner and stated that the victim in her statement recorded u/s 183 of the BNSS has stated that the petitioner made physical relationship with her forcibly and made her obscene video viral on social media.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner above-

No.15960 of 2025(3) dt.01-07-2025 3/3 named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Saran at Chapra in connection with Jalalpur P.S. Case No. 226 of 2024, with a condition/s:- (i). The petitioner is directed to remain physically present before the learned Court below on each and every date, failing which on two consecutive dates without reasonable cause, the bail bond of the petitioner is liable to be cancelled.
7. The application stands allowed.
