Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302,201,120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The daughter of the informant was the second wife of the petitioner. According to the FIR, her murder was committed by her in-laws.

Submission is that there is no eye-witness of the occurrence. There is no allegation of demand of dowry or torture against the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 19.08.2018. Investigation of the case is already completed. Considering the general and omnibus nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail

No.12728 of 2019(3) dt.19-06-2019 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Jokihat (Mahalgaon) P.S. Case No. 234 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 2568 of 2018, subject to condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
