The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case under Sections 341, 323, 308, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant named the petitioners along with other accused persons and alleged that they assaulted the informant and when his brother Dharmendra Kumar and Parmanand Kumar came to save him, the accused persons also assaulted them. It is submitted that there is omnibus and general allegations against the petitioners and others. Co-accused Nand Kishore Prasad has already been enlarged on anticipatory bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 20885 of 2015. The case of the petitioners stands on similar footing.

Having considered the facts that omnibus and general

No.2465 of 2015 (2) dt.20-01-2015 2/2 allegations have been levelled against the petitioners and in the same and similar facts, co-accused Nand Kishore Prasad has already been enlarged on anticipatory bail, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in Bind P.S. Case No. 65 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
