Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defects as pointed out by the office with four weeks. In this case, the petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Suryagarha P.S. Case No. 229 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under section 147, 341, 323, 379, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation in the FIR, the accused persons assaulted the brother of the informant with brickbats on his head. The mother of the informant Parbati Devi went to rescue her son whereupon co-accused Manoj Yadav inflicted blow on her head with intention to kill her. The zerox copy of injury report supplied by the petitioner is annexed with the record as Annexure-3. The first injury is lacerated wound forehead and second is bodyache. Injury no. 1 is grievous caused by hard and blunt object. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a woman of means having movable and immovable property, as such, there is no chance for her absconding from this prosecution case nor there is any chance of tampering with the prosecution evidence.

Considering the facts that the petitioner is a lady, she, in the event of her arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Suryagarha P.S.
