The petitioner seeks bail in Gaighat P.S. Case No. 25 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Sections 272, 273 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 4 litres of country made liquor has been recovered from house of this petitioner and 20 litres of mixture of Mahua and jaggery has been destroyed by the police. It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. Recovery has been made from the house which is in joint possession of the family. Petitioner has got no concern with the seized liquor. Petitioner
