Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that medical report does not support the prosecution case and petitioner is in custody since long.

Having heard both sides and considering the nature of allegation and there is direct allegation against the petitioner and earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on merit, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
