It is a case of matrimonial dispute and the petitioner, being husband of the informant, apprehends his arrest in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 191 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections-341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 354(A), 354(B), 504, 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section-3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

At the very outset, it is submitted on behalf of the parties that parties have already settled their dispute, amicably, outside the court.
