The petitioner being the husband of the informant is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 406, 498A, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. The basic accusation is of torture for nonfulfillment of the dowry demand. The petitioner and the informant are present in the Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner admits his marriage with the informant but the

He is only ready to keep her at the native place in the village. Though, the informant is ready to resume the conjugal life and wants to protect the marriage. In view of the present stand of the petitioner, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 162 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur Ara.
