2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code .

3 . As per F.I.R., the informant alleged that on secret information that one Santosh Kumar @ Guddu and his associates are visiting Mathematics Point Coaching Centre for

No.17675 of 2025(3) dt.28-07-2025 2/3 the purpose of taking contract for manipulating in the Staff Selection Commission Exam, he raided the place and arrested Santosh Kumar & other co-accused persons and on search, electronic equipments, mobiles and admit cards of candidates were recovered.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Santosh Kumar @ Guddu, who was apprehended on spot with incriminating articles. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Similarly situated co-accused person has already granted bail by this Court vide order dated 21.07.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 30825 of 2025 .

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Rosera, Samastipur in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17675 of 2025(3) dt.28-07-2025 3/3 connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 387 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
