JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-09-2015 The present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing the order dated 24/28.07.2014 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 35 of 2013 whereby the petitioner has been summoned to face trial for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 341, 323, 394 and 384 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to raise all the points available
