The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 1676C of 2017 for the offences alleged under Sections 323, 342, 379 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code.
The learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that dispute in between the petitioner and complainant/opposite party no. 2 has been settled before the Patna High Court Mediation Committee in terms of memorandum of agreement, dated 04.07.2019, which is the part of the Mediator's report and, accordingly, both are leading their conjugal life. No.15619 of 2019(4) dt.24-07-2019 2/2 complainant/opposite party no. 2 has been settled, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of surrender/arrest, within a period of four weeks from today, in connection with Complaint Case No. 1676C of 2017 shall be released on prearrest bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria, or the successor Court subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Criminal Procedure Code.
