The petitioner seeks bail in Patori (Mohanpur OP) P.S. Case No. 439 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. 60 litres of country made liquor has been recovered from house of this petitioner.

It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. Recovery has been made from the house which is in joint possession of the family. Petitioner is in custody since 31.01.2022 having no criminal antecedent, as stated in para 3 of the petition. Investigation is complete.

Case No. 439 of 2021.
