The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R., petitioners alongwith other co-accused persons, armed with lathi, danda & bricks, entered in the house of informant and assaulted him and his family members. It is submitted that on account of land dispute between the parties, a simple occurrence of Maarpit took place, in which, both sides sustained injury. There is case and counter case. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15597 of 2023(3) dt.22-06-2023 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - VI, Gaya in connection with Tikari P.S.
