The petitioner seeks bail in Raghunathpur Police Station (for brevity, PS) Case No 127 of 2021 dated 15.07.2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B/34 of Indian Penal Code.

It is not in dispute that in the trial Court's report dated 21.07.2022, there is an assurance that the trial is likely to be concluded within six months.

Learned counsel for the informant and learned APP also agree that now only the doctor remains to be examined. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and
