It appears that due to confusion created by the petitioner and his brother before the Authorities, the retirement benefits of his late father have not been settled. In view of the aforesaid, the Court cannot pass any positive direction to the Authority for payment of such dues. However, if a fresh application is filed before the Authority along with all supporting documents in original, the Authority shall consider making payment of the admitted retiral dues of the late father of the petitioner in accordance with law after getting the documents verified and also conducting any further enquiry as

Patna High Court CWJC No.7993 of 2014 dt.05-01-2016 2/2 they may deem appropriate. The exercise shall be completed within two months from the date of submission of a fresh application along with all relevant documents before respondent no. 5.

The writ petition stands disposed off in the aforementioned terms.
