Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No.547 of 2017, registered under Sections 414, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation in brief is that two persons were found sitting on two different motorcycles without any registration number and apprehended at the spot and no papers were produced. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had gone to the market and was sitting on the motorcycle, it is not said that key of the motorcycle was also with the petitioner and the petitioner has no other criminal antecedent except one case arising out of same transaction.

No.9504 of 2018(2) dt.17-02-2018 2/2 Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Pandav Kumar @ Palta Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Banka in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No.547 of 2017 with condition that petitioner shall not indulge in similar nature of case in future otherwise his bail bond shall liable to be cancelled.
