The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 379 and 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, nothing incriminating has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 29.10.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15182 of 2020(2) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Araria, in connection with Forbisganj (Araria) P.S. Case No. 1025 of 2019.
