ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 03-03-2016 The petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 10.12.2013 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Muzaffarpur in connection with Maintenance case No. 39 of 2012. Considering the fact that the impugned order is merely one of interim maintenance, I do not see any reason for interference and, hence, this application stands rejected. The court below is directed to pass final orders within a period of four months without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party.

The court below shall ensure that the petitioner pays the arrears of maintenance in next four months failing which stringent action shall be taken against him.
